Hosted by the lead partner RTIS Network, with active participation from Formedil Bari (Italy) and Brigada do Mar (Portugal), the session showcased significant progress across all work packages and reinforced the collective commitment to combatting plastic pollution through vocational education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Below are the key highlights from this productive and forward\u2011looking meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udce2 Enhancing Social Media Communication \u2013 Building a Vibrant Digital Community<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The consortium conducted a detailed analysis of social media engagement metrics, focusing on&nbsp;<strong>likes, shares, comments, and user\u2011generated content<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 particularly posts involving students and teachers from Formedil Bari. The discussion revealed that authentic, student\u2011led content generates the highest engagement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Strategies were proposed to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Create more\u00a0<strong>visually compelling and interactive content<\/strong>\u00a0(short videos, student testimonials, \u201cLive Evidence\u201d showcases).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strengthen the connection between the\u00a0<strong>educational community<\/strong>\u00a0(VET schools, teachers, families) and the project\u2019s digital channels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Launch themed campaigns, such as \u201cPlastic\u2011Free Friday\u201d and \u201cAmbassador Spotlight\u201d, to maintain momentum.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The goal is clear: transform social media from a one\u2011way broadcasting tool into a&nbsp;<strong>dynamic, two\u2011way dialogue<\/strong>&nbsp;that amplifies the ZP4All message across Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udcd6 Deliverable No. 1 \u2013 Educational Guide and Manual: From Draft to Classroom Reality<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Substantial progress was reported on the&nbsp;<strong>ZP4All Educational Guide (for students)<\/strong>&nbsp;\u03ba\u03b1\u03b9 \u03c4\u03bf\u03c5&nbsp;<strong>Educational Manual (for teachers\/trainers)<\/strong>&nbsp;. Members collectively outlined the priorities and topics, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A\u00a0<strong>field study<\/strong>\u00a0along the Bari coastline, where VET students will pilot the ZP4All mobile app in real\u2011world conditions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A\u00a0<strong>live demonstration<\/strong>\u00a0of the e\u2011platform\u2019s \u201cLive Evidence\u201d map.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Workshops<\/strong>\u00a0on refining the Educational Manual based on initial school feedback.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Strategic discussions<\/strong>\u00a0on dissemination, sustainability and future partnerships.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The emphasis was placed on&nbsp;<strong>collective decision\u2011making<\/strong>, ensuring that every partner\u2019s voice was heard and that the meeting agenda reflects the shared priorities of the consortium.
