Resilience through Innovation & Sustainability
RTIS Network had the privilege to participate in the Euteens4Green Closing Conference, held on the 19th of April in Brussels. This significant event brought together over 250 young individuals who showcased the fruition of 70 impactful projects. These initiatives spanned across 41 regions within Just Transition territories, representing 19 different Member States.
The Conference served as a dynamic platform where young minds actively engaged in discussions to bolster youth involvement in policymaking. It also aimed to enhance opportunities for young people to spearhead and influence the green transition. Throughout the event, representatives from various projects passionately debated strategies to strengthen youth participation in shaping sustainable policies.
The invaluable insights gleaned from the 70 projects culminated in a comprehensive list of recommendations. These recommendations are geared towards ensuring that Cohesion Policy, particularly the Just Transition initiative, remains inclusive of young voices and perspectives in the future.
Moreover, we are excited to announce that the RTIS Network team received recognition for the dissemination video of the “GRECONVERSION” project. This acknowledgment underscores our commitment to effectively communicate and share the transformative impact of our initiatives with a broader audience.
As we reflect on our participation in the Euteens4Green Closing Conference, we are energized and inspired by the collective efforts of young change-makers dedicated to building a greener and more sustainable future. RTIS Network remains steadfast in our mission to empower youth and drive positive environmental change.
Stay tuned for more updates on our journey towards a greener tomorrow!
